These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MBA Rine Financial Services ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile application, and loan management platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, applying for a loan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide to us — including identification, contact, and financial details — is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any multi-factor authentication methods. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval. Loan amounts, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria are determined at our sole discretion in accordance with our lending policies and applicable law. You agree to repay any disbursed loan in full, together with any applicable interest and fees, according to the agreed repayment schedule.
Any fees, interest rates, or penalty charges applicable to your loan will be disclosed to you before disbursement. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges, adverse credit reporting, and other consequences as described in your loan agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: providing false or misleading information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBA Rine Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, in connection with the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
